We live in a time where technological acceleration and strong, global trends affect and change all countries, sectors and companies. Digitalisation, internationalisation and sustainability are the three predominant megatrends that are currently shaping Danish and international companies. They have transformed how companies create growth, innovation and competitive advantages, and along the way, they have wiped out many companies. Your company is probably currently working on the transition from analogue to digital, from national to international or from resource consumption to a more sustainable future.
However, the challenge as well as the growth can be found in the creation of positive correlations between the three megatrends. The challenges are obvious, but responses, actions and business development require a break with the company's current mindset in order to adopt a new, external perspective. FCG’s 360-degree jam session is a structured business development process with the assistance of a customised panel of experts that will break down the current practices and clear the way for innovation.
FCG’S 360-DEGREE JAM SESSION FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Business development is comparable to composing a symphony. Everyone in the orchestra must have their own place and pursue the same goal. The result must be grand, rewarding and successful. The accustomed approaches and processes often limit the managerial room for ideas and innovation. Business development in a world that is in a state of flux requires room for change. There must be room for reflection and an open mind. Not a cacophony, but a process in harmony based on experience and competence.
We can work towards radical changes in your company's strategy or provide assistance by giving you a second opinion or simply another opinion if you, or your company, have drawn up a new strategy, developed a new product, are facing a technological challenge, or something else entirely.
A CURATED ENSEMBLE
Cognitive diversity in the shape of participants with different experience, education and background can be vital for being correctly in tune with the future requirements for the company. Philosophy, sociology, IT, strategy, culture, creativity, communication and HR can contribute positively to the company's business development.
FCG will put a curated team of experienced soloists together from FCG's companies as well as selected representatives from FCG's think tank. Together, they form a customised panel of businesspeople, entrepreneurs and experts, who can use their differing experience, educations and backgrounds to initiate a fruitful and constructive dialogue about the challenges and requirements faced by your company. We listen and chime in, and in cooperation with the company's management, we will find the right solutions.
AN OPEN-MINDED APPROACH WITH RHYTHM AND DIRECTION
In order to create as good results as possible, we will initially ask the company's management for a brief as the basis for further discussion of the company's opportunities and challenges. We will meet in a neutral and undisturbed location, which will form an appropriate setting for contemplation and creativity.
It is important that we leave all doors open in order for discussions and thoughts to flow freely. Thus, the process will allow us to discover new solutions, opportunities and business models. Anything can happen, as long as it makes sense commercially, and ethical consequences are taken into account in our recommendations. After the session, the company will receive a report containing main conclusions, specific recommendations and suggested solutions.
If needed, all participating representatives from FCG and FCG's think tank will sign a non-disclosure agreement.
THE SESSION REQUIRES THAT THE COMPANY SETS ASIDE:
- 1-2 hours for briefing by FCG’s facilitator
- 3-4 hours for the session
- 1.5 hours for presentation of main conclusions
An FCG jam session typically costs from DKK 150,000 excl. VAT. There will be an additional charge for external expenses for transport, facilities etc. The price for an FCG jam session depends on the extent and the number of advisers.

Has created communication strategies and crisis prevention plans, organised media training for chief executives as well as PR strategies, participated in IPOs, worked with investor relations etc.
Chairman of the trade organisation for public relations companies 2008-2010. Is now particularly focused on the development of FCG. Has a great interest in culture – including literature and music.

BRAND STRATEGY ADVISER AND MEDIA EXPERT
In the last 15 years, Thomas Søby Eskildsen has advised Danish and international companies on matters within the cross field between marketing, media and branding. Thomas is the Chief Brand Officer of Envision – Denmark's third largest advertising agency, where he masters the difficult skill of thinking strategically, creatively and operationally at the same time. Thomas has implemented digital transformations and won awards for his innovative approach to marketing strategy, and he often draws on his experience from international projects and partnerships.
CAPACITY BUILDING & ORGANISATIONAL FIT-FOR-FUTURE
Rikke Dolberg is a partner and co-owner of Unique Human Capital and a board member of Panrhyn International. Rikke has more than 15 years of experience in consultancy at a strategic level regarding companies’ future competence requirements and organisational design. She has achieved this experience through close cooperation with managements of trendsetting Danish companies. Previous experience in commercial business development in Denmark as well as internationally.
EXPERIENCED REPUTATION SPECIALIST
Ole Daugbjerg has more than 30 years of experience in the communication strategy field, where his focus has been particularly on reputation and companies’ accountability in the widest possible sense.
Ole, who has an education as a journalist, is currently a senior consultant of Harbinger Public Relations. Among other things, he has previously been a managing partner of ABC Public Relations, CRO (Chief Reputation Officer) of Danfoss and head of the growth committee Sønderborg Vækstråd. Furthermore, he has experience in organisational work and board work. Among other things, he was one of the initiators of the creation of the sports association Sønderjysk Elitesport, and for a number of years, he was the chairman of the board, and he has also been a board member of a long line of companies and organisations, including Team Danmark, Climate Consortium Denmark and the Business Council forSustainable Development.

Morten Gad is a creative director and partner of GORM Agency – a digital agency that creates meaningful digital user experiences. Morten combines creativity and technology within a number of business critical areas, such as UX design and web development as well as social media and online marketing. Morten's role is to create coherence between strategy and creativity, particularly with regard to brand philosophy, user journeys and data-driven content. Furthermore, Morten has an MA in philosophy and is a long-time member of the corps of external examiners in philosophy – which means that is very comfortable in the intersection between philosophy, business and technology.

BUSINESS STRATEGIST WITH FOCUS ON GLOBAL GOALS
The UN’s 17 Global Goals are close to Steen M Andersen’s heart. Steen has a long career behind him in the UN – in the top management committee of UNICEF in New York and as secretary-general of UNICEF Denmark, where he has taken part in making the organisation one of Denmark's largest and most well-known in the humanitarian field, among other things. Steen is currently CEO of FCG's Global Goals, and helps companies and organisations with development and strategy – including how to relate to and include the Global Goals in business and everyday life. Furthermore, Steen works as a speaker and mentor/management coach, and he is a member of several boards of directors and advisory boards, for example as the chairman of the association ”Bryd Tavsheden.”
CHANGE STRATEGIST WITH POLITICAL FLAIR
Kenneth Flex is a specialist in strategic management and development of large organisations. As partner in the consultancy company A-2, Kenneth has extensive insight into and experience with efficient change processes – including administration, streamlining of the production of welfare benefits and management in the public sector. Kenneth has implemented significant organisational, managerial and administrative reorganisations for a large number of politically controlled Danish organisations. Furthermore, Kenneth has extensive experience as a chairman and member of boards of directors in a number of commercial foundations.

In the last 15 years, Mette Stasiak Hagelquist has combined somewhat dry subjects such as guidelines, strategies and plans with experience design, creative events and solutions with an eye for details, correlation and development. As the COO of Rodkjær Event and with a heart that beats for sustainability, Mette has implemented and run the agency's circular business strategy and put the circular paradigm on the agenda in the entire Danish event industry. Mette challenges customs and pushes customers as well as suppliers, and as a pathfinder and an experienced manager, Mette moves individuals, teams and organisations towards transformative, proactive and effective goals.
BUSINESS THINKER AND DEVELOPMENT COACH
The business woman and motivator Hanne Lindblad has a long and successful career behind her as a chief executive of large companies such as Carlsberg, Coca-Cola Tapperierne, Telia and Call Me. She is known for her bold, visionary and inclusive management style, and was for example behind Call Me’s company transformation, where she worked in-depth on trust concepts on several levels, and during this process, she invited all Danes to take part in a thorough dialogue on “speaking nicely to each other”.
PROFESSOR OF MARKET STRATEGY AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Thomas Ritter is a professor of market strategy and business development at Copenhagen Business School. He has extensive experience in executive education as well as development and implementation of strategies within many industries. His ideas about and tools for business models, data-driven growth, customer insight and project-based strategy have been implemented in many companies. Thomas loves to challenge the status quo and habitual thinking – and he is inspired by interesting problems.
BEHAVIOURAL ECONOMIST AND ADVISER
Alexandra Krautwald is a managing partner of the company Composing, a behavioural economist and adviser of a large number of middle managers and chief executives in the private and public sector, who she has helped make good decisions in their careers for the last 20 years. She is the author of several books about management and life in the modern labour market. She follows the development of the labour market closely through research, analysis and broadly based research work.

Tommy Kjær Lassen is an experienced communicator of philosophical, existential, ethical and idea historical themes in management and work life. He is an expert in communication of a number of classical philosophical theories, classical ethics theory and practical management philosophy within organisation and manager development. With a background in theology from Copenhagen University and thesis for his PhD in business about existence and self-management from Copenhagen Business School, Tommy is in a unique position to communicate classical value-related, management philosophical and cultural perspectives on organisation and management.
FILM DIRECTOR, AUTHOR AND SATIRIST
The common thread in Oliver Zahle's career is children and satire; two subjects that he takes very seriously. He had his debut as a host on the radio station P3’s children's programme Børneradio in 1989, and since then, he has created a large number of programmes for children and adults for radio as well as TV. For many years, Oliver was one third of the trio behind the radio satire programme Selvsving. Concurrently, he has written several children's books and has directed the TV series Pendler Kids as well as the feature films Iqbal & Superchippen and Iqbal & Den Indiske Juvel.
DIGITAL EXPERT AND FORMER PROFESSOR
Pernille Kræmmergaard has more than 20 years of experience in teaching and coaching of managers in public and private companies. Pernille has developed a long line of educations and courses focused on the development of managerial competences and mindset in IT management, digitalisation and digital transformation. She is a digital expert (awarded by the Danish Academy of Digital Sciences) and former professor at Aalborg University and a visiting professor at the IT University of Copenhagen as well as an external evaluator at the National Audit Office of Denmark. Pernille's primary expertise is to develop and customise educations, courses and workshops.

For more than 15 years, Thomas Nørmark has worked as a consultant and expert in digitalisation and artificial intelligence. As a global director of artificial intelligence and robotics at ITelligence, Thomas is responsible for more than 9000 consultants in 26 countries. He calls himself a robot whisperer, and at the popular TEDx events, he has talked about ‘how to predict the future with big data’.

Jeffrey Saunders is a popular project manager, facilitator, public speaker and author.
